Why do JayZ only have 1 feat with Kenny (Bitch don’t kill.. remix) but around 4 album cuts with Drake?

Jay giving Drake features was probably a business decision. As for Kendrick, Kendrick has specific creative intentions and doesn’t throw rappers on tracks ourely because of their name. It’s best not to think about features too hard - i used to, and it always bothered me that rappers didn’t feature their vanity label/crew as heavily or work with specific artists when they had a good reason to

Jay’s released 4 projects since Kendrick blew up. MCHG didn’t feature any new rappers, and in a sense Kendrick would not have fit thematically.
4:44 was very personal, and no Kendrick feature is again understandable
Whatever that collaboration album was with his wife, i doubt anyone would remember it if Kendrick had been on there
And it can’t happen with Jay E for obvious reasons.
Also worth bearing note, Kendrick collaborated with West Coast legends like Dre and the Game
