This is very true. You can’t hate the game because your player lost. You gotta learn to respect the game and realize anyone can lose. It’s so backhanded. Why can’t Kendrick fans enjoy this moment? It’s immature to be upset because someone is enjoying something. I say enjoy this s***.. hip hop fans are enjoying it, even if they prefer Drake’s music

Funniest thing is they were doing exactly this last year, just check the old threads.

When everyone was in denial about bad blood between Drake and Kendrick, Drake fans were having imaginary victory laps and drooling at the mouth about how Kendrick will get exposed, he’s a fake boogeyman no one listened to him anymore.

And don’t get me started about how they acted after Taylor Made.

But now they are so above being humbled about the fact their guy lost.

Till their dying day they will be reminded of the humiliation of their papi.

Or at least for 20 years (that’s what the star charts say).

Because the guy who is portrayed as this pro black activist is never anywhere to be found when it's time to actually put your feet to the fire a little. Obama even endorsed him. What does that tell you? Most controversial thing is a song where he tells black people to be nicer to gay people it's a lot of noise just to be no different from charlamagne writing therapy book

I wouldn't even care about any of this if Kendrick fans weren't so f***ing annoying thinking they are listening to a revolutionary artist who really puts the culture in check (cringe)

Any example of this "putting his feet to the fire"? Also, ask yourself, does HE portray himself in that light? Last I checked, he outright rejected the Savior notion.

I don't understand. Is it a lesser cause because they're gay? Where are you going with this ?

That's rather reductive about his works. Don't get me wrong, I got things that I don't really care for in his messaging like the Black Israelite thing from DAMN, but whatever he's rapped about, the lens was always turned towards him. This preacherman image was something projected onto him, and that's not his problem

Not controversial. Subversive to the state that oppresses the people who he claims to represent. Which is a lot to ask for, it's dangerous. All good. He's a liberal rapper to me.

I'm only mentioning all of this because a decent amount of people like to pretend that he is anything other than that. They bash other artists with that angle. Not just drake I see that behavior unrelated

As a huge Drake fan you don’t think it’s weird to be a non black European and tell black people how they should look at other black people?

People are now holding his fans accountable for their own words and their response? Claim they never said it. Nice try, but it won't work. We've all seen the messages.

I notice you lot bring up reddit stans to back up a point. We just need to focus on you lot on this site to back up a point. Multiple people have posted actual screenshots of some of the crazy s*** Drake stans have said on here

You’ve all spent about a decade on KTT vicariously dedicating your life to Drakes life and music. Your name is literally ‘From the Six’ and you’re from the UK

Talk all you want but to tell black people who can and can’t be a reflection of themselves while never living the experiences is a bit detached

As a huge Drake fan I would never tell pedophiles they can’t be Drake fans
