I feel like he's been more experimental and they've hated him for it really. Clb I def didn't like that he phoned home a lot of the songs he already leaked so I'll give you that one. But HNVM is FIRE and cult classic and very different. Her loss was a return to that commercial sound with rich flex etc and everyone kinda was positive on it tbh. The biggest critique was 21 lmaoo. Fatd was mainly an r&b album that a lot of older core fans have been waiting for and was experimental with 7969 Bahamas promised bbl love all the parties tried our best Virginia Beach. But it wasn't appreciated. Idk I think he was just trying s*** out but clearly he's about to go back to the hit maker TML take care views/more life vibes for this next one so we'll see if the refinement is still there

I don’t disagree with what you said but you can pinpoint this fall off right on Adidon…

Drake has dropped some of my favorite songs of his in this post Adidon period, don’t get me wrong — Search and Rescue, Sticky, Down Hill, Nice For What, Chicago Freestyle, War. There’s clearly still gas in the tank but he needs a vision. He sort of just stumbles into these great songs and I’ll give him that, he has a knack for it.
