I was young but old enough to remember that Nas was on top of the hip hop world at the time man. Nobody wanted smoke with him

2001 he was deff seen as a has-been until Stillmatic the beef and Lost Tapes brought him back, I remember

My favorite moment on any of these beef songs f***ing amazing delivery. Drake sounding more monotone than ever meanwhile Kendrick making sure damn near every bar delivered theatrically.

best kenny flow of all time im afraid

Hate Me Now, You Owe Me and Oochie Wally were hits

You Owe Me and Oochie Wally was seen as Nas selling out which is why Hov dissed him for that on Takeover and Blueprint 2

"Is it Oochie Wally Wally or is it One Mic?
Is it Black Girl Lost or shorty owe you for ice?"

Was just at a poppin bar where both Kendrick and Drake were played.

Not Like Us was played twice and mfs were hyped as f*** when it came on. It's a hit hit.

A lot of Drakes music (2018 and before + Rich Baby Daddy) played and nobody objected and it didn't completely kill the vibe, but you could just feel the awkwardness in the air when Drakes voice came on.

  • Nas is such a goat that people don't remember how the one two punch of his double album getting f***ed over / leaked and Nastradamus' poor reception almost ruined his career.

Stillmatic really had to remind niggas who he was

  • Nas one of my GOATs too so it's no slander. His discography really has peaks and valleys, it's amazing he's on this late career run

I seen tweets like these all over my TL and this is why I'm tellin people not to downplay the effects of this beef man lol

Even if nothing happens, Dot did some damage with these tracks

With that being said, I can't believe Kendrick and Drake tapped out with no clear winner.

At one point, I thought this s*** was going to the death.

I'm glad it didn't get to that point.

I look forward to Drake x Kendrick getting together in 3 years and making a song together.

someone on another forum mentioned this
“headshots for the year YOU better walk around like daft punk “

Now we thought of the robot heads but long before the robotic era of Daft Punk, they wore exaggerated dog masks in their worldwide hit “da funk”

and what makes this connection even more real - in the video that’s all they do is walk around in europe with the masks on. Hence why kenny says walking in the line

certified boogeyman is real and its looking like they sent him the videos straight from the embassy. is kenny telling us a foreshadow of the raid because of the alleged videos? he doesn’t just mean he’s going to have shots taken him in public, he’s talking about mug shots ?? if so, kenny is legit kaiser from usual suspects

one last thing - this also is a double meaning to not like us with the s***offenders. and let’s just put this here when ak got anonymous text and tried to say his dog was in pain in the other room but he’s looking at the computer screen & his phone

i know a few lurkers who know what we are talking about just went 😳

BTW 6sheisty follows a certain dude on IG who seems to practice that lifestyle - with ALL the steps and there are photos of this guy in his underwear with a doberman dog mask 😳

Again this is what the industry is really scared to talk about & there’s always more about his friends

Jay and Nas were calling eachother gay and ugly but reconciled because deep down there was still an understanding that they both respected the rap tradition. The hate they held for eachother at the time came simply bc they disrespected eachother and in rap you don’t take that.

Kendrick went on a moral crusade against Drake calling him an pedophilic absentee deadbeat whose presence in rap is parasitic and fraudulent. Drake wishes the beef could’ve been like Nas vs Jay. But regardless of what any of us think about Drake, Kendrick doesn’t hate what he brought to the beef, he actually despises him.

There will never be any reconciliation. Hov can look past Gay Z but Drake is never forgiving Certified Pedophile. And why would he?

as someone who has integrity and values the protection of black women i have to say that drake won. I won't support a wifebeater

Drake and Meek were able to do Rico bc again at the end of the day all they were beefing about was raps.

Kendrick gave Drake TWO chances to keep it rap, even if Drake came out the gate bringing Whitney into it. He wasn’t gonna win by bars so he went TMZ. That was his plan from the start. There will never be another Kendrick and Drake collab, ever.
