i'm not denying that back to back is a legendary diss song, i'm saying it only has that legacy because millennials had low standards and also a weak, shallow criteria for what qualifies as a good diss song. there's not a chance he would get away with dropping back to back today, he dropped two songs that are a hundred times better and more vicious than back to back and he was still not perceived as taking the beef seriously enough.
