there’s a difference between rap lyrics “being performed” and the lyrics in a vacuum dude lol
i 1000% agree that Wayne’s delivery, flows, ways he would contort words etc whole nine yards outclasses Kendrick easily
but if we’re talking about solely lyrically, then just no imho, and he’s my favorite ever, i don’t think Wayne is better lyrically than Eminem either—but Wayne was just a way more creative rapper than he is disregarding lyricism and i value that more anyways
Wayne isn’t awful lyrically (i think he’s pretty solid) but he doesn’t have a Sing About Me, an Institutionalized, a u, blah blah etc
That doesnt neccessarily mean lyrically, but that Kendricks subject matter is better/more interesting

What I don't like about Parks is that he never disagrees with Joe about anything. Even when he knows Joe is wrong, he'll agree to it. Ice is the one I respect the most because he always states his opinions and doesn't let anyone deter him from that. If he likes something, he'll say so. If he doesn't like it, he'll say so. Regardless of how anyone else on the pod feels.
