I believe Kendrick’s referring to Klippel-Trenaunay-Weber Syndrome (KTW), a rare disorder found at birth involving problems in the development of certain blood vessels, soft tissues, bones and sometimes the lymphatic system. The main features include a red birthmark (port-wine stain), ranging in color from pink to reddish-purple.

Kendrick may be suggesting drakes son Adonis has KTW syndrome and that drake can’t sleep, due to the troubling images of the disorder

One of Kendrick’s opening lines on the track “Wine cooler spill on my white t-shirt, the sightseer” this line seems to allude to “port-wine stain” - a birthmark associated with KTW syndrome

Kendrick also mentions the word bleed a lot In Both euphoria and 6.16. This “bleeding” may also be referring to the symptoms of KTW syndrome
