I think something I’ve learned is Drake is way better as a subliminal/sneak disser (and I mean that as a complement) than he is actively engaging with someone on wax. Just moves way too sloppy when the chips are pushed on the table
biggest mistake drake did this month is not taking this seriously, all that trolling on ig and taylor made freestyle aged like s***
he was going up against one of the most “respected” rappers on the internet and he forgot the general public loves to hate and meme him
this beef made me realize drake would have lost if he beefed with eminem too, not because of the actual rapping but because of the internet bias and online d***ridingIt pains them to give Kenny his props

I think when people say x rapper is better as a rapper but Kanye is better as an artist they take in account his talent as a producer/curator

One of them don't write their own raps. An artist category is where you put your Ye's and Dr Dres. They are people you could never rate as lyricists

When people say blank is the better rapper blank is the better artist
They’re saying the better rapper is better when ur talking about lyricism purely
But the better artist is when u consider the music as a whole
For example Canibus is a better rapper than Travis Scott but I think Travis Scott makes way better rap music
Maybe it’d be better to say lyricist rather than rapper though
