One thing that is very underrated in this beef is Kendrick is a very good story teller and Drake is not. Drake tried to paint a narrative that Kendrick is unreliable and fake woke and abusive but both Push Ups and Family Matters, while good songs, are very sloppy and all over the place.

From Like That to Not Like Us Kendrick painted a picture of Drake that really hit home, even if he's exaggerating the grooming by calling it pedophilia. It feels like one cohesive narrative

They have been based off what I’m seeing on social media.

Drake taking inspiration from Mr. Morale for his disses has led people to go back to it and reevaluate it.

It’s never gonna get the same love as GKMC/TPAB/DAMN just because it’s a little too off kilter for the average person, but I don’t think it’ll be looked at as a “flop” or a “miss”.

Right. It makes more sense for Kendrick's s*** to be fake as a retaliation for Drake pressing the nuke button, but we've got way more corroboration that some sus s*** is happening with the OVHos. For Drake he's either downright the stupidest human being alive or he really had something with the Whitney angle and assumed spilliing tea on a squeaky clean nigga would be enough
