it depends on the situations really

if i had a guess at all about any of this, it would go something like this;

drake probably had s***with a woman, she got pregnant, he asked her to have an abortion, maybe even paid for it, and she said she would, and then didnt do it. So from there, she either keeps the money or gives it back. and that is where the liability and lawsuits come in.

it would make sense to me that it probably started out friendly and she maybe even agreed to actually get the abortion again and then decided to keep the baby, and then drake threatened to sue her if she kept it and spoke about it or anything else.

If thats the case but he essentially agreed to pay for her and the childs life, then you will never get a word from either of them, id guess. Part of that agreement would be some kind of custody or something i would assume, hence why she would say she misses her dad(she probably doesnt see him very often)
