Nomad LostBoth sides took truths and embellished/dramatized it knowing the other would do the same:
Kendrick and Whitney clearly have issues, he has (openly) dealt with adultery issues that conflict with a lot of the better than thou statements against Drake especially about women.
Drake is (openly) a womanizer, who leads a life that many would say is not fit for someone who is 37. He certainly has some suspect ppl on the payroll like Baka. And ofc we all know about Adonis and how that played out in the beginning.
But we knew all of that already. The actual new s*** in both disses I think are straight lies, and there will never be any receipts pulled. As long as they stay in a stalemate like this, neither will take Ls as both fanbases have already picked their sides.
I think they really will both win long term. Kendrick's next album will sell far more, as this is more mainstream attention he's received since Damn. And Drake went step for step with the "boogeyman" and didn't get washed like many would have said. Legacy wise, this was a W.
It would have been far worse if they both went with the "truth", as Pusha T made it the standard that a good rap beef needs to have "nukes". And both Kendrick and Drake care more about their legacy than anything else.
