Not real music fans lmao we should be here for the music and anticipating the back and forth. Not doing an audit on how one experimental introspective album performed on Billboard
Ok and
Does anyone know the beef between Ross and Drake?
If this is true, I wouldn’t be surprised drake is orchestrating all these “beefs” intentionally to make himself look like the bad guy

I hate it to but you got to respect it. Them Drake stans be coming with the facts when yall talk out ya neck on the boi. Then it be quiet as a mf
When Kanye facetimes Drake to announce he's joining team Glizzy Fake to spite Pusha Pee

But why they beefing tho is my question

grown ass man
1. This doesn't eliminate or negate what Kendrick did, congrats to both.
2. A large part of It's All a Blur having more revenue is that the average ticket price was more than double the price of the average ticket price for the Big Steppers Tour.
3. Drake had an entire second leg where some of the biggest rappers in the game are co-headlining with him, Kendrick's co-headliner was Baby Keem, that's obviously gonna boost sales
If every stan and hater itt was supporting Kendrick like they claim he wouldn't have struggled last album with The Heart and N94 singles yet neither made an impact or went #1 and Mr Morale wouldn't be at #299 on the Billboard 200
You can believe what you want but at the end of the day Kendrick's biggest moment in years relied on Drake and Cole. That's worse than defeat
It’s not all about numbers … just because his album isn’t on billboard and it didn’t have a #1 doesn’t mean a thing. It doesn’t mean he’s washed, unpopular or anything of the like
It’s a f***ing album about therapy.
Really hate this culture of comparing numbers to determine whether an artist is better or not
Streets are saying that Drake reached out to Kendrick to get him on FPS but they fell out for reasons that ain't clear.
Apparently Drake sent the record breakdown, his ideas for it and the beat then Kendrick agreed but then refused to send his verse in until whenever Drake had done his and shared it with Kendrick whenever that would be in the album creation process.
Then they fell out for whatever reason and rest is history. Cole had already recorded his hence the "we the big 3 like we started a league" but had to alter it after slightly
I heard a similar story but Kendrick hit em with the classic "I'm busy"

Prince outlived Mike Jack
But why they beefing tho is my question
To get ppl online talking. But I doubt Rick Ross is beefing with Drake. Makes no sense
I wonder why y'all didn't make this much noise when MMATBS dropped. Or when The Hillbillies dropped. Or when that American Has a Problem remix dropped 🤔.
And the next time Kendrick raps and isn't going at niggas, the moment better be this big.
You can’t say that when drake has a pile of features for singles and albums. Again MM was a great album.
But why they beefing tho is my question
They're not. We have no reason to believe Ross knew Kendrick's verse on the album. I believe one of his ex's or baby mothers came out and said they had a problem but she was probably looking for attention

These numbers aren't including the second leg
Ah, my temperament bipolar, I choose violence
Okay, let's get it up, it's time for him to prove that he's a problem
Niggas clickin' up, but cannot be legit, no 40 Water, tell 'em
I heard a similar story but Kendrick hit em with the classic "I'm busy"
Was that before or after you gobbled on the glizzy?
These numbers aren't including the second leg
The final total will, so the numbers will be even bigger. Also 21 is still a bigger draw of a co-headliner than Baby Keem is
Imagine pulling out numbers and spreadsheets in a rap beef thread.
Congrats you just made hip hop as fun as 9-5 excel work or doing your taxes
Impacting culture? Drake is known for riding niggas waves. Whole career he’s jumped on already buzzing songs to keep his name hot. Makonen, Migos, Fetti Wap, 4batz. Took songs from House of Balloons from The Weekend and crafting Take Care around that sound. Heard Dram’s Cha Cha Slide and then made Hotling Bling. Then gonna say some dumb s*** like “it may have inspired it.” This is off the top of my head.
