A good diet helped me. I only drink water and I rarely ever eat fast food. Those added sugars and preservatives they put in food aren't what our ancestors ate so that's another thing that's changed the way our bodies work. If you don't eat right you'd probably crash out. Stress and depression can make you sleepy too. I've never really been depressed or anything like that
