Well that's his problem nowadays, since ths streaming era he's decided to go for albums with more tracks since artists arent getting as much money. So the only relatively curated albums are ones that he doesn't take as seriously like collabs or smaller projects like Her Loss and Dark Lane Demo Tapes, coincidentally 2 of the better received projects of his in the past 5 years.

NoirThe general rap community has gotten a lot of things wrong and been closed minded over the years, even though hip hop itself has been one of the more cutting edge genres this century. Sometimes it takes listeners a while to catch up.
Personally, I prefer the three albums before it, because I find Morale to be one of his least impactful albums in terms of production. DAMN sounded focused and top shelf in terms of its moody, melancholy approach to pop rap and I loved that. Morale is a little scatterbrained in comparison.
But I think, in terms of its lyrical content, Morale has more to offer than anything he's put out besides GKMC and TPAB and it will have a unique legacy in terms of soul-baring, vulnerable lyricism. A lot of people treasure that record. It's just not an easy sell.
So you’re saying that you put more stock in RYM community than the rap community when it comes to rap, got it.
RYM got more wrong but for some reason you’re not applying that same criticism there and say “well that still means something”

I couldn't care less about Drake. I only got 4 maybe 5 Nocta hoodies in my rotation. I wasn't even included in the 99% of fans on his Spotify they said I only got 1% or some s***. I did pay reseller prices for the More Life vinyl but that was for the collection I don't even listen to it. You probably closer to a Drake stan than me lol
