This is rap. It’s not like painting or something where you can take your time and make your own touchy feely little art piece in your own precious time. It is somewhere between art and sport

    Its actually just like painting

The “rap civil war” is meant to distract you from what’s about to be revealed in the KTT2 documentary 🤢

'He refused to do the job we paid him for... he took photos of our daughter's bedroom... then he just left the house...'

It’s interesting on how there are so many aspects of the “culture” that was established years ago that have been abandoned but this is still upheld for Kendrick. But when he was outside pre Damn niggas wouldn’t put a name on them bullets for competitive sake.

As a fan I also wished he would’ve dropped more too but even during his hiatus the consensus kept Kendrick l in the conversation and constantly pitted these these against each other. So if I’m Kendrick you can’t tell me I can’t come outside and shoot at niggas.

Calling out to gang members for a lyrical rap beef is corny af. Kendrick has family ties with LA gangs and he ain’t out here calling for them

He didnt go away for 6 years yall are dense

He dropped a dud that already fell off the billboard 200

meanwhile Drake has 9 project on that same chart

in my eyes he’s been gone since DAMN

one hit (family ties) in 6 years is weak for “king kendrick”

For sure but that dude was acting like the idea of “work ethic”’is such a crazy anti art concept

Kendrick also gets held to it because he made such a big deal of it with control so I expect that energy

Kendrick: Your bars are like stale bread, mine are like fresh baked. Let's see what kind of lyricism mischief we both make. (En-garde!)

Drake: I've given your home address to MS-13

yeah I’m sure he felt insecure after doing another sold out show on his super successful tour

You get to a point where money doesn’t matter
There is a noticeable shift towards bitterness and cynicism in Drake’s music that you can pinpoint directly on Story of Adonis
No one is coming for Drake’s money or his numbers but Pusha really bruised him. You can just feel it in his music.

bro dropped consistently every year or every 2 (with tons of features) from 2009-2018

    crasH talk in 2019

    pglang 2020

    Keem 2020/2021

    Mr morale 2022

totally understandable dude doesnt srop every year or two anymore. He also really doesnt even need to, never leaves the conversation and he knows how to shake the game
