Damn yeah that’s a lot of intake daily.. I recommend using the TDEE calculator (you can just google it). 4000 is essentially double the daily recommended intake for the average person. It’s doable, but is going to take some planning each week to hit consistently. the main thing you want to strive to hit daily is your protein goal (again about .7 grams of protein per pound you weigh).

Try to plan out your meals for the week each Sunday so you have a plan to hit 4K calories a day and also make sure to double check that 4K amount is accurate. In a calorie surplus or deficit you want about 500 calories more or less than your maintenance calories.
