Kanye's probably fallen off harder quality-wise than anyone, from MBDTF to Nah Nah Nah, depressing even without getting into his horrible views

That was when Kanye went from perfectionist to throwing s*** together

    Felt like that was Pablo

  • Apr 22, 2024

yeezus, life of pablo and vultures is the real kanye rapping

everything before is kanye working with writers trying to make money off rap audiences

What Kendrick project is outright bad or a misstep?

Mr. Morale is really that bad to some of you?

What makes care package a 3 ? what makes it trash? and why is Kendrick always given praise

Yes to Me Morale is the Lasers of 2020

Need Drake and Kendrick to peace it up so they can share recourses.

Drake video directed by Dave Free
    Kendrick song over 40 Production

Not even hating but the drake video by Dave free would be the better gift

That just speaks to how damn dope he is

What kind of production style do y'all expect/want from drake and kendrick’s next disses?

    for Kendrick-

1st Round some michigan s*** would be fire. I think he has the potential to get some funny ass lines off, and rapping over something too gritty in the first round isn’t the move. he needs to do some clowning on drake first, and then escalate on the next diss.

The Big One: a classic west coast g-funk revival would be elite. that’s where he’s most comfortable. has iconic potential and it’d be far more entertaining than a regular dusty beat

Drake already did his 1st. For his big diss, I’d love to hear him over something akin to 9am in Dallas or 5am in Toronto: high energy, dense, his signature sound. potential to be a legendary song. I pray to god he doesn’t do an underwater beat that’d be so f***ing boring

I went back to Mr Morale the other day. That project is unlistenable. Rich Spirit is the only track I like

    what do you mean

Like to me Kanye fandom is grounded in two ideologies

    • Trilogy, backpacker Ye that was a lot more lyrical, grounded and substance based. Basically what he depicted in I Love Kanye on TLOP. I’d say this goes from TCD to MBDTF

    And

    • New aged Kanye that is more of a reflection of the modern sound rather than defining it himself. The more collaborator driven, less lyrical and grounded but more catchy (for lack of a better term) iteration of himself. Yeezus and TLOP are definitely the starting points for this iteration

I don't even like Pablo tbh, Ye is decent, Donda really surprised me, but overall his quality control just isn't there anymore
