This is a good post.

I think it goes deeper. He as a person changed dramatically post VIEWS and just became worse and worse overtime.

A few different things happened I think that turned him this way

First is how much he used to get mercilessly bullied and slandered for being himself. This is where the “victim complex” from his Stan’s stem from to this day, he used to get bullied for no good reason. He got fed up with being called soft and that’s why he got the fake abs, leaned into the corny mod persona etc.

Secondly, he took hits on his reputation with Meek Mill and Pusha T that really jaded him as a rapper. To realize he could never be “the best” because of the ghostwriter s*** changed him and his perspective forever.

Thirdly, VIEWS getting such strong criticism when it dropped hurt him I think. Because after Take Care and NWTS, VIEWS was the albu he spent the most time on with the sequencing, mixing and really caring about it as an album. When it got s*** on Drake said f*** it and stopped caring as much about making albums.

And lastly, his relationship failing with Rihanna who I’m convinced was the one that got away from him turned him into a misogynist and very bitter towards women in general. The love he used to have isn’t there anymore.
