I agree that Lupe is a better lyricist but there's more to music than just lyricism. don't see why this has to be a big thing, Lupe is an OG to Kendrick and not at all a threat in terms of sales or popularity. both in my top 5.

Lupe has had a good career. His success after Atlantic is hindered by them so that’s a moot point. He was never gonna be kendrick or anywhere near becuse he isn’t great enough artistically.
