Just cause you sign to TDE don't automatically mean you just gonna be kicking it with them all the time. Rock, Kenny, Q, and Soul are the main "family" but even them niggas got they own lives and don't really be around each other like people think. Zay, SZA, Zacari, SiR, and Lance are all in the same boat as Reason and have to take the same avenues to get a hold of Kendrick or anyone else in TDE

SZA got a feature out the gate, Zay recorded most of Cilvia Demo before TDE i think, similiar to Reasons first project after he signed. Then he got a proper Kendrick feature on TST. Zacari hasn’t even released an album and he was featured on Kendricks album.
