Rollingstone have very little to say on these lists...to compil that list, they used invidual top 50 lists from more than 300 artists, producers, critics, and music-industry figures. If the list is different from the one released in 2013, it's because the individual lists come from different people.

at the end of the day, all the albums in the top 20 often get mentioned on other publications' top 20.
