Not even just pg-lang but in general. If this was the plan all along then it would be a weird time to release an album, after/mid-way into a festival run (where he was gonna headline all of them). Especially when he said was never doing the DAMN. set again. I guess he got enough songs where he doesnt have to release an album before headlining a festival but idk, seems like a strange move.
