yeah man I hope this album is similar to this in that it's extremely introspective. plus I know ppl rumored this to be some rock influenced album but this seems pretty run of the mill for Kendrick nothing to extreme.

Damn really? I reckon thats more an indication of Keems album. He’s done more promoting for pglang than anyone else. I feel like he’s the face of it while Dave Free and Kendrick are the driving force behind it

The very last beat at the end of the video. That June sample from Florence and Kamasi. The first one is probably a Keem joint but that last instrumental isn’t just the song June. It’s actually a sample of the song used for the instrumental. I think that’s the Easter egg in all of this.

Looking at it now, the championship tour was lowkey a money grab. Kendrick basically did the damn set as the DAMN tour and venues close to or around the same cities. Top probably figured why not use this momentum to sell out a few more dates and get a bigger piece of the pie.
