No it hasn't you just percieve it that way because white media portrays hip hop as destructive

Thats why im saying youre using points that come from racists

so the past few years, have been normal years in hip-hop as far as niggas getting killed?

I was there when Kendrick dropped the Nipsey news, s*** was so sad. Worst part was that not many people knew Nipsey here in Argentina so everybody was confused. You could also tell Kendrick was going through it during the set but he still did his best performing the rest of the setlist with full energy

Damn you were there that night? That’s crazy.

  • SHAQUILLE

Idk. I feel like its more open and accessible in hip hop because of social media and s*** but ultimately crime is down compared to like the 70s and 80s

There is more brutality these days and less code. Kids, elderly all getting popped

Rappers or not they're still inner city black men and inner city black men are more susceptible to street violence because of socioeconomic factors

in hip-hop man, the past few years we have seen an egregious amount of rappers get killed lets cut the bs

That was happening even more back then. The difference is that the internet made us more aware. Like realistically a nigga like Woo Lotti is only known across america and the world because of the internet. In the 90s niggas like him got killed all the time but it wasnt publicized.

did they got killed because they’re rappers or because they’re literal gang members taking part in gang activities outside the studio?

    The production

Beach Noise is Matt Schaefer, Keem and Kendrick’s recording engineer. He engineered Sound of Bad Habit and Die for my B****

I'm in Argentina wiping my tears full of confusion
Water in between us another peer's been executed
    History repeats again
Make amends to find a nigga with the same skin to do it
    But that's the culture

If it has gotten worse that’s because the material conditions have gotten worse
