Before it's all said n done,
100k more units will fall out the sky....
somehow....
If 'midrick' hits that he's officially at drake numbers so you should be happy
hell never be
I think it's good for a Kendrick Lamar album
It's the most I have enjoyed a Kendrick Lamar album
I would never choose to listen to it again
Every bruises post:
It’s harder to sell more through streams only with less tracks.
All of the highest streamed albums in the first week ever are usually 18-20+ tracks.
The ONE exception was Her Loss at 16 tracks, but it was 2022 Drake, he was still super super huge commercially
How is it harder? Not surprised Drake is the exception
LMFAOOOOO HE TURNED COMMENTS OFF 😭😭😭
How is it harder? Not surprised Drake is the exception
More tracks = more songs to playthrough = more streams
Less tracks = less songs to playthrough= less streams
How is it harder? Not surprised Drake is the exception
It’s harder because no 12 track album has ever done 300K+ via streaming only. GNX will be the first.
Also it’s simple math.
More songs = more streams total = more sales
Less songs = less songs total = less sales
Of course Drake is the exception, he’s the biggest rapper of all time. Nobody ever said he wasn’t.
But even he wouldn’t clear 300K+ with a 12 track album right now. In 2024, only Kendrick is capable of that

It was because of me
This album is well deserving of whatever it sells. I hope afterwards the inundation of sales talk/threads can at least be reserved for the billboard thread

It’s hitting them EXTRA hard during the holidays

He was adamant on THP6 that what he was saying was factual

Your honor Drake is very adamant
More tracks = more songs to playthrough = more streams
Less tracks = less songs to playthrough= less streams
But what if one album is just more popular than the other
Man doing 300k fw only off streaming
That's literally the closest any rapper comes to drake numbers
Im not even talking about the numbers. They were disappointing but decent. The album is a came and went type of s*** though. Couple good songs. It was a dud for Kendrick standards

I dont see how more songs = more sales, thats takes more of a persons time
THE 180 FROM DRAKE STANS LMFAOOOO 😭😭😭
I dont see how more songs = more sales, thats takes more of a persons time
The math has been there. If an album has 24 songs you’re more likely to play through 16 or 18 vs just 12 songs
I dont see how more songs = more sales, thats takes more of a persons time
You don’t have to see anything. You can just look at the direct correlation between more songs and more streams that exists
