If you were a runner you would know how many are religious or the power of run club experiencing pain together and being forced you hear your heart beat and breathing. To believe that you will make it through it. I have been a runner my whole life and ran a marathon.
Part of the runners high is tapping into part of your brain that you NORMALLY DONT because you are forcing adrenaline that doesnt exist when walking or sitting. Whether you are running from danger or for fun to set a better time

I'm a runner, never ran a marathon but ran a bunch of semis so I very much know that high when you're done with one of your weekly or designated runs. With that being said, manifesting something from that high is just materializing something that you want to materialize rather than just witnessing something out of the ordinary imo, but if you're telling me that it genuinely worked for you I have no reason to dispute it quite honestly so good for you !
