ValentineOnly thing I’ll say about MMA is you can take it up at any age my guy, especially since training is going to be tailored to your capabilities and niggas ain’t actually tryna tear each others heads off, just keep it competitive. It can get tough tho if you decide to spar at full speed with someone who’s seasoned. I watched someone get destroyed once. Embarrassing moment cause bro was confident he could take buddy on. And it was all slaps
It's something I wish I would've kept up with because one of my guys ended up making it in a Bellator card and I think I could've done that as well
