People that are able to meditate daily its not that crazy to see themselves out of body or conversations with God is just a practice of religion.

Working on the 3rd but started extensively doing the 1st 2 since last December.

shiet if sitting meditation dont intice u like that try some yin yoga, its the same s*** just with more active, lowkey more relaxing too imo.
I kinda fell off of sitting meditation once i adapted to a more active lifestyle but yoga has filled that need way better than expected.

I also think it's a society thing. Like compare to where we were 20-30 years ago, I honestly think Men (whether straight or gay) have become more vulnerable and open than ever. I feel people are still not fully fully ready to accept that side of men, but it has became real apparent nowadays.

Running does help. If you were a runner you would know how many are religious or the power of run club experiencing pain together and being forced you hear your heart beat and breathing. To believe that you will make it through it. I have been a runner my whole life and ran a marathon.
Part of the runners high is tapping into part of your brain that you NORMALLY DONT because you are forcing adrenaline that doesnt exist when walking or sitting. Whether you are running from danger or for fun to set a better time
someone saying something poetically or saying something has meaning for y'all you guys always do "its not that serious"
"what a sicko"when truth is some have more meaning to life and day to day than you and that is okay
