wasn't into it first listen but decided to sit down with it to give it a proper chance. definitely the weakest project from the entirety of his official discog. content wise, lyrically, flows all lacking and it all feels very rushed and put together hastily to capitalize on his momentum.

I feel better considering this a mixtape throwaway rather than an official contribution to his discog

sidenote, man at the garden is kendrick at his lowest imo. very insecure and whiny and I didn't expect to hear something like that from him. he's too good of an artist

hey now stands out amongst the rest as the only song I'll return to regularly
