He also hasn’t been more critically acclaimed or won more awards. Now I don’t care about most that stuff but that’s what bro is saying above you and the casual fan does.

What you can argue and I would agree with is that he has rapped better but then he apologized. That’s how the general public will dissect it.

Cole has so many great features but none as impactful as Like That.

It’s just too many components he falls behind in.

Dot is the more lyrical, conscious and critically acclaimed artist yet still has massive hits on every album he’s dropped since GKMC with the exception of MMATBS let alone huge features… Drake has him beat in pretty much every category except projects which has always been a weak spot for him since he’s been more of a singles guy, and it’s not like Cole has been dropping classics left and right in spite of that. At the end of the day, I saw Cole being apart of Drake’s FATD rollout and tour him conceding to him whether intentionally or not cuz I know for damn sure Kendrick and Drake wouldn’t do the same
