When he was putting on MAGA hats in 2018, people were outright defending him and saying it was due to his "perspectives" and "intelligence" and not due to him just being a rich dumbass lol.
Drake's not out here saying "I talk to underage girls so I can get with them when they turn 18" openly.

I think ppl itt forget how forgiving the hip-hop scene is and how forgetful general audiences are.
Drake is absolutely fine imo there's even an argument to be made that beef was the shot in the arm his career needed as interest has been sorta waning for the last few years.
