Reasons why Future and Thug were the worst influences to the rap game.
But I get slander and hate for that, so I'll keep quiet about that.

Niggas can get mad all they want its the truth, it doesnt mean they aren’t legends or u cant like their music but they changed the mindsets of the general public for the worse
Its a fact
Completely changing up the argument now huh
My whole point is that if Like That was Kendrick being being an "attention seeker" like the og post I replied to said, then we can use the same argument for FATD deluxe and him dropping Her loss after HNVM. Don't know what the other stuff u typed has to do wit that point
You are right, I mixed you up with another user and another convo my bad
2001 is better on the basis of it being laser focused and absolutely focused
Chronic sounds like it’s a composed piece with all the layers working at once. It definitely is a classic but I get lost in the production
2001 is soooooo CRISP

That's the thing, people talk about their influence as a good thing when it can really go both ways.
Honestly imo, they influenced in the game negatively more than they did positively.
But if I get called a hater for it, so be it
True but also the Super Bowl is cool af idk
The man that is saying the things that he’s saying is smart enough to not willing participate in the Super Bowl twice

DING DING DING DING DING
I dont think Future or Thugger was thinking "yo we bout to f*** the youth up for decades to come with this s***" when they was in the studio.
that tyrese album made me realize some very hot takes about current R&B that I gotta sit on before making a thread about cause folks'll get mad.
Make that thread. Cause that album thread should have popped off with how good it was.

you could get a certain message out faster that way.
we dont know exactly what kendrick is gonna do.
This song is f***ing excellent. Phenomenal rapping, great effective beat. To drop a drumless dark song like this right after being announced as Super Bowl headliner is beyond intriguing to me. Rather than capitalizing on his hype and dropping what we know would be instant hits, he chooses this direction. Clearly this is where his heart is.
Calling it now we’re gonna look back at this track very highly in the future. Strange the reception it seems to be getting but if anything it further proves Kendrick’s point on here.

Didn’t he censor the we hate popo line in his first performance? What makes u think he’s bout to send a message of importance in this one?

They definitely inspired a lot of s*** music
I do think they are both good artist who have made good music but yea they inspired a lot of dog s***
u a neptunes fan, clipse and them aint angels either
They not, but I rather hear clever bars about moving weight and coke than the s*** that Thug and Future be doing.

That’s true but I don’t have the highest hopes
