I don't believe either are lying. I think they're really saying what they believe to be true.

if I had to guess, he may have just caught more info on BakaNotNice's allegations and potential crimes. And is lumping Drake in with them, since they've been closely associated for a loooong time.
I don't think it's far fetched that Drake has more woman out their "claiming" to have carried his child. That's not too uncommon with musicians in general. We just don't hear about them.
If I had to guess I can imagine MAYBE he caught wind of a particular accuser. Or just generalizing that he has multiple woman saying he's hiding a child, and it not being a good look, due to him trying before.
