IMF/NFW were the 2 songs that ran the clubs/parties that year. IMF dropped right in time for summer/went super viral so it was more dominant on the charts but people played NFW more in parties that year. And again, who even cares? NFW didn't come and go, that's the point. People played the song from when it dropped in April till the end of the summer and they're playing it the most out of all of Drake's hits that year. That tells you all you need to know about the kind of hit it is.
Play NFW in a club 5 years from now and everyone will still lose their minds.
Don't ask me. His stans won't like that.
Wonder what’s the next cope his Stan’s gonna come up with on why Kendrick wasn’t on there
NFW, Passionfruit and Controlla will age the best out of Drake’s hits in the last half decade
Wonder what’s the next cope his Stan’s gonna come up with on why Kendrick wasn’t on there
it’s Sunday nigga ppl in church
Now an 8-week #1 came and went? Yikes.
Opinions over statistics of course 🥱
Damn this stinks for Posty.
Are any big guns dropping soon?
Lil Baby in July.
God's Plan was #1 for 4 consecutive weeks before the music video dropped.
IMF going viral is why it got so big but if IMF never took off, Nice for What would have probably spent 10+ weeks at #1, even more than God's Plan did. It had already gone back to #1 & spent 2 consecutive weeks at #1 before IMF went #1.
This entire post is just wrong and ill-informed.
That's all you should have said then. Not posting s*** that's not factually accurate to back up your opinion of what you thought was his better year. Many people believe 2016 was his best year. You could have easily just said that instead of talking down on how dominant 2018 was for him because statistically, it was Drake's most dominant year ever.
