BRO. Y'all annoying af

It's an interview about TPAB unless we all have seen this interview after the album dropped
TPAB era interview talking about making that album.
This is during the Super Bowl lol. That’s when the interview came out on Spotify
Kendrick only thing we are talking about in here. That’s another W for him.
Black man taking no losses.
They claim to love hiphop and black culture , but are happy to see bad bunny and harry style outsell one of the few big name rappers who actually speak on black issues lmao

Talking about TPAB.
I agree with the overall message but this is still a massive cope. After the success of uu, DAMN. and the Black Panther soundtrack, a lot of Kendrick fans had high commercial expectations for his next release (whenever that was gonna be) and rightfully so. He had seemingly broken into another level commercially and for the fans who always praised his acclaimed albums, that was another W to add to him.
The music industry has ALWAYS cared about numbers and they'll always care and fans have been caring about numbers now for decades. Only making this kind of video for Kendrick is wack because if it was Drake who did low numbers, he'd never make a video like this. Hell, he'd probably clown the numbers. He'd never even do this for an artist like Cole who is generally regarded as one who makes more conscious music than Drake.
These numbers can be seen as an L for Kendrick's standard without it meaning anything other than that. No one in their right mind thinks this album somehow spells the end for Kendrick commercially, neither does it mean he won't go on to still make incredible music in the future. We can isolate the performance of one album, call it for what it is, and move on from that. There will be more Kendrick albums in the future and more chances for him to prove himself. It's just very telling seeing all the people jumping to defend him and his numbers because it goes back to what I've always said: he's the most pampered rapper in the industry: by critics, by the media, by the fans, by everyone. Nothing he does can ever been seen as an L or a misstep and that's a very dangerous place to exist as a musician because it never lasts forever and when that heelturn comes, it's always nasty but I digress.

Are we supposed to suck off anyone who speaks on black issues

The Bad Bunny and Harry Styles s*** is the exact same s*** people did with Kenny Chesney. Can’t claim the moral high ground now. At least it’s significantly less shameless this time around since the posters in here likely actually listen to Benito and Harry. People that had never even heard of Chesney were celebrating and parading his numbers around.

What the f*** does this even mean?
If Kendrick fans want us to celebrate him, let them stream his album more so it puts up bigger numbers. It ain't that hard.
what is the latest on harrys numbers? navigating past pages is tough, lotta essays been typed
Projected to do 500k+.

Reminds on ktt1 they were tryna say TPAB boring and critic bait because they were pressed by all the praise it and Kenny was getting

And then he proved he could make a super successful.more commercial album with Damn
Dumb ass post
Shawn Cee already dropped a pipe bomb on people trying to clown on Kendrick’s numbers.
!https://youtu.be/I37foYgRMVAThe levels of cope in this video is insane. He had a prediction of 250k to 400k. Then goes to say that he says because Kendrick didn't say when he would drop it doesn't count as hype.

Yep, now TPAB is widely considered his best album.
