There is a big chance Kendrick ends up selling less than Future (INLY) ,Uzi (EA),J.Cole (Off-Season) and Lil Baby (My Turn) LTD if he doesn't push heavily future physical releases, still think a future Kendrick album can do much bigger numbers if he plans it better but coulda woulda

I think the type of audience that buys physicals is the audience that will keep on listening to the project, Kendrick core fanbase will buy it even if only to collect.

This is all fun for me. I mean, yes, I'm poking fun specifically at Kendrick stans because of all the s***-talking they've done over the past few years but especially because they keep acting pressed and refusing to admit that they are. Some of them have been honest about the album's performance and have moved on to discussing other things but some others see him being discussed here and fly into attack mode. What sense does it make to attack Drake stans or Drake's numbers when this thread is about numbers and Drake's last album performed exceptionally well? I really don't get it.

We're discussing all the big-hitters. Kendrick just so happens to be the only one in that league with a recent album that's performing below expectations. There's really nothing wrong with that but acting like discussing that should somehow not be allowed is what I don't get.

When Post Malone's album drops, if it flops, we'll discuss that as well. I believe as time goes on, people will realize that this thread really just examines the numbers for what they are and goes from there.

This was expected always Kendrick name is much bigger for the general public which boosts 1st week numbers, but I think a lot better legs from Kendrick were expected which would make it a fair fight but we have seen this will probably not be the case
