Drake did do a similar thing with God's Plan lol literally using the money of him giving to people as the video that was used as promo and a big part of what catapulted the song as the biggest Rappers song of all time until Not Like Us
Also idk what this price manipulation talk is about too when Drake n PND just did with their album as well with constant "on sale" promos and deals
