1. Hard 75% limit on physical tracklists. If you sell a vinyl with 9 songs, the official album on streaming should be no longer than 12 tracks.

2. Hard limit on four alternate cover editions. No timed exclusivity on any variants. It’s either available forever, or advertised to be limited. Limited editions cannot be allowed restocks.

3. Lifetime limit of TWO deluxe versions for an album. This gives space for one deluxe released while the album is still new, and one anniversary edition years down the line. This INCLUDES any digital deluxe through an artist’s webstore. The first deluxe cannot be released within the album’s first week. Minimum waiting period of two weeks.

4. Hard limit of 8 tracks for a deluxe version. Anything longer than that is just a brand new album and should be counted separately.

2. Yea I agree the only 24 hours s*** is crazy cause its basically saying you have to buy it now but then it could end up restocked later anyway.

3. I say 3 versions just cause s*** happens like if you did bonus version with like 2 prerelease songs you wanted to add but maybe didnt want then on main album then deluxe of 6 songs then maybe 2 songs had remixes you did later just so they can all be added.
