Post Malone? KTT said he would replace Drake. Chance? Same thing, they backed Joe Budden when he claimed it. Lil Baby had his little run and he was the next rap superstar to take the reignsAll I'm saying is all of that never materialized and a lot of it was wishful thinking so Drake was be removed as the face of rap

Views and Scorpion are Diamond-eligible albums. They're both culturally-relevant albums with culturally-relevant hit records.
GNX is/was supposed to be Kendrick's commercial peak. The album is isn't even a year old and it's already being outsold by a much older album like Take Care. Whether you assign a larger meaning to that or not is up to you but people aren't wrong to note/mention that.
