I think winning mattered more to rap fans than the amount of total streams either had afterwards
Drake has dropped 38 records between lead credits and features combined since Family Matters, Kendrick has dropped 17. And they brag about Drake’s daily stream count being double the amount

People in here will never not be mad that even on Kendricks biggest year ever, with the best rollout of all time, he still couldn’t outstream Drake. And not only not outstream.. but not come CLOSE. Its time to give it a rest. Kendrick was and never will be what Drake is commercially and that’s okay. Go back to saying he’s a better “rapper,” and let the world heal!
