Ok so why would 50% of Sabrina’s 2024 listeners stop checking for her music overnight if it’s not due to something like algorithms?
I think people are just tuned out of new music in general right now
Literally months straight of “Nokia barely got 200 points and Drake fans acting like he had some hit on his hands”
He's acting like we didn't see his posts lmao.
He clowned Nokia and its success. Clowned that it was the only hit off $$$4U, even clowned $$$4U as an album when GNX started outselling it in its second week. Also lowned everyone who suggested $$$4U would outlast/eventually outperform HUT.
When $$$4U proved to be a long-term success on the charts, he switched to suggesting that now Iceman has to be the album that performed incredibly well or Drake was finished or his career was in shambles or whatever the f*** he's always going on about.
You know every new Drake album is always the album they hope proves that his career is done with these people. It's hard to keep up sometimes.
I sincerely hope the great divine spends the rest of their life arguing over drake songs on this website, because the world does not need someone this ridiculous in the working world
FOR THE LAST F***ING TIME ITS NOT WHAT YOU THINK ITS WHAT THE PUBLIC IN GENERAL THINKS
HI RANDOM ASS PERSON: NAME A DRAKE SONG
RANDOM ASS PERSON: "IDK PROBABLY ONE DANCE OR HOTLINE BLING"
HI OTHER RANDOM ASS PERSON NAME A KENDRICK SONG
OTHER RANDOM ASS PERSON: "IDK PROBABLY MONEY TREES OR HUMBLE, OR NOT LIKE US"
Then you asked a stupid random person because God's Plan, Nice for What, In My Feelings are also massive Drake hits that are rap. You're trying to act like Drake is only known for his pop songs when that's not the case, which is my whole point.

She will never stop trust me on this, she's too unemployed
S***s been a thing since ktt1
After DAMN. released they were trying to say kendrick is more of a pop star than Drake
they are insecure

You sound like you're about to lose your mind. Relax. Take a deep breath. Log out if you need to. None of this is ever that deep, sir.
Surely you know that title is what they use for the biggest star of the year in general right? Youre not that obtuse?

That's literally not what I'm saying at all
I'm saying that when it came to the beef, any drake pop fans did not care
All kendrick fans regardless of their choice of song would have tuned in
That was my original point
Go back a few pages and read it through slowly

You're making the assumption that most Drake fans are only fans of his pop songs. You're wrong. That's what I'm trying to correct. Drake was scoring hits with melodic rap songs before he ever scored any pop hits. Yes, the pop hits did exceptionally well and are some of his biggest hits but he's got a handful of rap hits just as big and he's got a whole lot of them. Way more than the pop songs. That's what I'm saying.
Drake fans were tuned in to the Meek and Pusha beef as well so why are you acting like every Drake fan doesn't give a f*** about rap when more than 70% of his discography is rap?

You forgot a word between biggest and star
Starts with a P

p***?
I ain't reading all that
You read it and you know you don't have a point to make, that's why you're getting so upset at my simple responses to you.

can we find the common denominator in drakes most popular songs

Yes I did clown NOKIA but I never said it wasn’t a hit record
