You're making the assumption that most Drake fans are only fans of his pop songs. You're wrong. That's what I'm trying to correct. Drake was scoring hits with melodic rap songs before he ever scored any pop hits. Yes, the pop hits did exceptionally well and are some of his biggest hits but he's got a handful of rap hits just as big and he's got a whole lot of them. Way more than the pop songs. That's what I'm saying.

Drake fans were tuned in to the Meek and Pusha beef as well so why are you acting like every Drake fan doesn't give a f*** about rap when more than 70% of his discography is rap?

He clowned Nokia and its success. Clowned that it was the only hit off $$$4U, even clowned $$$4U as an album when GNX started outselling it in its second week. Also lowned everyone who suggested $$$4U would outlast/eventually outperform HUT.

When $$$4U proved to be a long-term success on the charts, he switched to suggesting that now Iceman has to be the album that performed incredibly well or Drake was finished or his career was in shambles or whatever the f*** he's always going on about.

You know every new Drake album is always the album they hope proves that his career is done with these people. It's hard to keep up sometimes.
