So, if Iceman sells 400k plus fw
But doesn't crack like... 2.5 mil in the first year
How would that look vs GNX
Considering GNX did 300k fw, and has sold over 2.5 mil in 9 months
It won’t look like anything because they’ll blame UMG or JAY-Z
My wife is usually super excited for new Drake albums, and she literally has no idea this is coming out
They should frame this as “only for the real fans” just in case
Tbf no one knows it’s coming out. It has no date or anything
Drake has told us for 15 straight years that commercial dominance is his number one priority yet his stans think otherwise for some reason
dominance without doing anything to help boost numbers. He has yet to really "play the game"
Only on ktt is a 5 year hiatus better for your numbers than dropping seven bloated albums

yall used this excuse with C5.
Now they in here trying to start the spin of if iceman outperforms other albums, it doesn’t last as long or pre talk about quality lol

What did I say about C6 other than it was not good?

No point telling it to those users, they already know. They just flip-flop to whatever suits their sad agenda in order to have something that they can use to attack a guy they are obsessed with. Something to keep their days going. That's why they lose any debates they engage in when it comes to numbers
5 not 6
Oh I know for a fact we’ve never talked about C5 so idk what you’re talking about
Great number, his songs usually debut very low and then grind their way up. Especially as it was a random loosie. Still #2 on AM but it has overtaken the Morgan Wallen and Tate McRae song, only a Kpop song ahead of it

People on this site in general say it sold well cause 5 year wait
it's crazy how many songs from this decade are gonna be in billboard's all time list despite having considerably smaller cultural impacts than any given hit song from the 2010s, just because they get played a lot on radio.
We need a before and after cut off imo for the streaming era bc these current records aren’t real compared to the old ones
People on this site in general say it sold well cause 5 year wait
I’m sure it had a factor, but dropping seven 20 track albums in 5 years will still boost your streams a lot more
Do y’all think these singles are hurting the GP’s anticipation for Iceman?
No
Drake albums just pop up for the GP
