That’s 122k in the early 2000’s that s*** would be like 30k today. If we keep that in mind they like 4x’d it

Niggas stalking my old posts about Pusha T should make sure to also find the posts from 2020 of me saying I played Daytona all throughout Push and Drake's beef and I've been a Push fan for YEARS. I can disagree with things he did, call him out on it and still be a fan of the music but some of you idiots don't get that

"I can celebrate an artist's parents dying because they have beef with another artist I'm parasocial for and still listen to their music "

People were celebrating Pusha T wishing death on 40 out of nowhere. Y'all called Drake a b**** when he went on the Shop and said he felt that was a tad too far. So, yes, pointing out how Pusha T wished death on an innocent party but then ended up losing both his parents isn't me being heartless. It's pointing out how there's power in the tongue and how wishing death on people who haven't done anything to you can have negative effects on you instead of them. That's all.

I'm not even the only one that made this observation.

Niggas on here acting like it Drake had wished death on No Malice but then lost both his parents instead, y'all wouldn't be on here making a point of it and mocking him. Y'all have done a lot more with a lot less just this past year alone. Disingenuous f***s

To be fair, Baby Keem was buzzing before he eventually collaborated with Kendrick so I can't in good faith credit Kendrick for his success. As for TDE, I can't credit Kendrick for their success either because they all came up at the same time. SZA blew up not because of Kendrick and ScHoolboy Q blew up around 2014 not because of Kendrick. They worked their asses off, strategized and the music eventually took off.

As for Drake, putting other people on is something he has simply always done. He's a genuine fan of other artists and wants to see other people do well. It's only when he got too big as an artist that people started twisting his intentions into something negative.

It's also notable because most of his features are originally his own songs that he gives other artists. He's just an unselfish collaborator in that way.

I partly agree but wouldn’t call him an unselfish collaborator if we can take The Weeknd’s experiences during Take Care era as factual for example. And he isn’t the only example of that
