Mustard sent him the beat in April sometime.

How is NLU back to back when 6:16 dropped and then MTG dropped before NLU?

Back to Back was the killshot with quotables and a danceable beat. Neither 6:16 nor MTG have these qualities

    No, he did not.

Teddy and Al have a compilation album called Back to Back Hits.

euphoria samples You’re My Latest, Greatest Inspiration by Teddy Pendergrass, and 6:16 in LA samples What a Wonderful Thing Love Is by Al Green.

Neither of those songs are on the Back to Back Hits compilation album.

So y’all just gonna ignore this

Because it’s silly. Because it’s called back to back hits and not back to back that’s means he was talking strictly about Drakes back to back?

He didn’t even sample anything off of Back to Back Hits

Also y’all act like Kendrick is the one making these beats

Its word play, nothing to ignore. It's a wordplay on a diss and also dropping another diss right after. He ended up dropping a few more.

Back To Back was a bigger moment than some of Drake’s #1s

Culturally, it was bigger than like 70% of his #1s lmao.

involved in a beef with Drake, directly references Drake’s famous diss track Back to Back by name

“He must be talking about the 1970s collab compilation album Back to Back Hits by Al Green and Teddy Pendergrass!

Bruh no one saying it wasn't a word play on that but not having a double meaning is also just hard headed. Both can be right and are right.

Y’all JUST said it WAS NOT about the Drake song and was instead about the compilation album. How is it all of a sudden a double entendre after you see Punch himself say it was directly about the Drake song

  • Apr 24, 2025

Punch even said most things are calculated with him but niggas be reaching sometimes

I didnt say it was not about a drake song, I said it wasnt referencing NLU like you said.

It's a wordplay on drake diss and dropping 6:16 right after back to back.
