There are very few songs like you described. That being said, doing double digit weeks at #1, being the most streamed song in US this year for 50+ days fits the criteria. We let nostalgia get in the way but this song for sure is one of the biggest songs this year if not biggest.

Not really that false tbh, Drake was never seen as "cool" like Kendrick/Ye/Taylor type artists.
Most artists dominate pop culture via their image, Drake never did, he dominated with actual music
Drake was also against Ye during the same time as the Pusha beef which was pretty bad for him
