This may be weird but it would be cool to see an “independent” or “small artist” hot 100.

Not everyone is going to be a Drake or Kendrick or Taylor or Post no matter how talented they are and it lowkey sucks their success gets overshadowed so much because we only care what gets the most 100s of millions of streams.

Wonder if you could do some type of algo to say like based on monthly listeners, previous sales etc that an artist is outperforming expectations and put them on some type of “rising stars” list or something.

That way even if they don’t make the hot 100 they can still be recognized for outperforming their peers or just a measure of their own success on some way.
