It's incorrect to say that artist carried that song when they're a feature on a way bigger artist's song and that bigger artist wrote the part, even knew how he wanted it to sound and recorded a reference to give the feature a guide. Who is more essential to the song? That's why I said All the Stars doesn't exist without Kendrick Lamar, you can't say the same about SZA. He could've taken the song to Jhene Aiko, Jorja Smith, Beyonce etc and the outcome would be similar. So how can you say she carried?

If Asap Rocky had what people considered the best verse on F***in Problems but there was a reference track of Drake rapping the verse, would you say Drake got carried by Rocky even though Drake co-produced the beat, put the 2Chainz hook on it, spat a verse on the song and Drake wrote Rocky's verse?

That's what it boils down to, how can you say X artist got carried by Y artist because their part is the "best part" when X artist did most of the work and was more essential to the final product?

Most people don't even know about the remix, they know the Alicia Keys song with the Drake background vocal touches. So that's just an Alicia Keys song (written by Drake) to most people. Not quite the same as All the Stars, a Kendrick song ft SZA with SZA's parts already written and recorded by Kendrick when she was asked to be on the song
