I don't see Nokia going #1 (gap is too wide, Luther is still gaining on radio and has a video on the way) and even if it manages to do that, it'll probably only last a week (and the Nokia video would have to put up monster numbers, enough to boost the song on DSPs substantially enough to close the gap). Don't see any of that happening.

Yeah, my hope is that the video boosts the song enough to become stable somewhere in the top 5. That'll be a major win for Drake — getting a hit that sticks in the top 10 for a long period of time. He can always score a #1 hit with his next album. Best I Ever Had, Hotline Bling and even songs like Started from the Bottom were all songs that were cultural staples while never hitting #1. If Nokia manages to become that, he's won imo. That's the kinda hit he needs now. Hopefully, radio gets on board soon enough.
