So, I stumbled on this Billboard article that for some reason, no one bothered to post here and it sheds some light on where Drake and Kendrick stand in terms of their catalog numbers.

Some bullet points:
1. As at the end of 2024, Drake has sold 80.7M album units in the US versus Kendrick, who has sold 29.1M album units.

We are not going to underplay how Drake has one of the best catalogues in music with hit after hit after hit and he will always be on top with just the pure strength of his back catelogue

What we are trying to say is

Drakes newest album $$$4u is a flop and did not produce a single top 9 hit
