It's the biggest yet because he performed mostly very recent songs.

if there are alot of new albums then no but if there is 1 or 2 drops then yes

This makes a lot of sense. Meaning “event albums” dominate listening habits over the days more likely

Still a hypothesis tho I might be wrong

Why are y'all worried about a song from $$$4U going #1? Even if a song did, it wouldn't spend more than a single week at #1 because Luther is very strong and stable on streaming and has solid radio numbers to back it up. It'd just have to wait another week before going #1.

Her Loss didn't score any #1 hits and that didn't stop the album itself from being a success.

This was never the album to use to get a read on Drake's commercial standing. This was the album to see that he was still able to make great music and deliver something his fanbase enjoys and f***s with for the most part. Anyone trying to compare the performance of this album to that of GNX is being delusional. Save those takes for his next solo album.

He's already promoting his next solo album because he knows that's the album that really counts. He even addressed this album as "just a small token" for fans who never stopped f***ing with him.

How you liking the album ?

Just because the album has 3 good songs while the other 18 are mid and boring doesn’t mean Drake is "still able to make great music". This is just more of the same...dropping long albums to rack up streams while the quality keeps getting worse.

Even his biggest dyck lickers like Adam22 are calling it boring and trash.

CTG literally said he was yawning...

I get that you’re in love with Drake so objectivity isn’t expected but at least be a little realistic. He lost his spark and this "comeback" everyone was hoping for clearly isn’t happening. This album will be forgotten in a week.

Potential flop alert...NC Tower is about to drop off. Luther or NLU will take #1 next week. 56M streams is probably the highest it’ll get this album won’t last long even with 21 tracks.

Drake’s recent projects average a 40% drop on the second day in the U.S., which means tomorrow should fall around 17.5 million unless it overperforms

Man, I’m surprised how low these first day #s are for this Drake and PND album, especially with all the marketing it’s had.

I'm just wondering how you even know about Adam22's opinion on the album because why in hell would you tune in to watch that?

He’s getting atleast 50k in digital album sales, would not be shocked at 100k

He has a massive fanbase that is very motivated to buy the album.

no song from this album ever had a chance at #1on the hot100, that should be a lock for luther, gimme a hug probably could debut in the top 3 depending on how stable it is and how much NLU or DWAS decline.
